You can book an appointment through our online booking system or by calling us directly at (02) 9071 0407. Walk-ins are also welcome, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Do you offer consultations before appointments?

Yes, we offer complimentary consultations for all our services. Whether you’re looking for a colour change, a new cut, or advice on treatments, our stylists are here to help you choose the best option for your hair.

What products do you use?

We use only high-quality, professional-grade products both Matrix and Ayunche to ensure the best results for your hair. Our team can also recommend products for you to take home, tailored to your hair type and needs.

Do you provide services for all hair types?

Absolutely! Our team is experienced in working with all hair types and textures. From straight to curly and everything in between, we’ll create a look that enhances your natural beauty.

Can I bring my child to the salon?

Yes, we welcome clients of all ages! However, for a more relaxing experience, we encourage you to consider whether the salon environment will suit your child’s needs during your visit.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, we do! Gift vouchers are available in-salon or online and are the perfect way to treat someone special to a luxurious hair experience.

What if I’m running late for my appointment?

We understand that life happens. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible. Depending on how late you are, we may need to adjust your service to fit within the remaining time or reschedule to another day.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a $50 fee. This policy helps us manage our schedule and accommodate other clients.

Can I bring in photos for inspiration?

Of course! We encourage you to bring in inspiration photos to help us better understand your vision. Our stylists will work with you to adapt the style to suit your unique features and hair type.
