At BANYO HAIR, we’ve made booking as easy and accessible as possible. You can reach us directly at (02) 9071 0407 to make an appointment. If we’re unable to answer your call, feel free to text us or send a message through our Instagram page, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. For first-time clients, we kindly ask for a $50 deposit to secure your booking, and our phone deposits are processed safely and securely. This helps us manage our time more efficiently and reduce no-shows. As a warm welcome, we offer 15% off for first-time clients on weekday appointments, just a little thank you for choosing us!
Walk-Ins
We love meeting new faces, and walk-ins are always welcome at BANYO HAIR. If we have space, we’ll do our best to fit you in right away. If we’re busy, there might be a short wait while we finish up with other clients—but if you’re happy to hang out, you’re more than welcome to stay!
Adjusting Appointments (Late Arrivals, Cancellations, Missed Appointments)
Life happens, we get it! If you’re running late or need to make changes to your appointment, please give us a call or leave us a message. We truly value time, both yours and ours, and keeping things running smoothly helps everyone. If you’re unable to attend your appointment entirely, just let us know. We’re happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. However, please note that a $50 cancellation fee applies if notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointment Confirmations
We’ll always send you a confirmation text before your appointment with all the details you need. All you have to do is reply ‘YES’ to confirm – easy! If you don’t confirm, we may need to open your spot to other clients, so please respond promptly.
Refunds, Product Issues & Satisfaction Guarantee
If you experience any issues with products you’ve purchased from us, like product damage or faults, please reach out. We’re happy to exchange the product or help guide you through a refund process where appropriate.
Not sure how to care for your hair after treatment, colour, or perm? Just ask! We’ll provide you with tailored aftercare instructions to keep your hair looking its best.

Consultations
Not quite sure what you need or want? No problem. We offer complimentary consultations on weekdays to help you decide what service suits you best. If you’re not able to come in person, we can also arrange an online consultation, just let us know what works for you.
Client Property
While you’re having your hair done, we know it’s not always convenient to keep personal items on you. That’s why our staff can safely store your belongings in a secure area monitored by security cameras.
Prefer to keep your things with you? That’s perfectly fine too, our team will keep an eye on them whenever possible.

We love sharing the beautiful work our team creates! Check out our Instagram and TikTok pages for hair inspiration, service guides, pricing, and more. You can even message us through Instagram if you have questions or want to make a booking. With your permission, we would love to take photos of your new look to share on our social platforms, let us know if you’re comfortable with it!

Payments
We process payments securely through Kitomba, a trusted salon management system. You can find their full privacy policy here (link of Kitomba privacy policy paste here). We accept Visa, EFTPOS, and cash, and offer a 5% discount for cash payments. Please note there is a 1.7% EFTPOS surcharge, and a 5% surcharge on weekends.
