Order Delivery Estimates: Once you place your order, we aim to process and dispatch it within 2 business days. The actual delivery time will then be subject to the schedules of our delivery partners.
Adjusting Your Order: If you need to make changes to your order details, such as the delivery address or the items ordered, please contact us immediately at banyohair@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make the changes before your order is processed. However, once the order has been processed, Salon HER is not responsible for any inaccuracies provided at the time of ordering.
Domestic Shipping Policy: We currently offer shipping across Australia. Please note that international shipping is not available.
Response to Damaged or Faulty Orders: If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please get in touch with us at banyohair@gmail.com. Our team will assist in resolving the issue promptly, whether that involves repairing or replacing the damaged or faulty goods.
Please ensure that the item is returned in a new, unused state. We will evaluate the product upon its return and determine whether a repair or replacement is suitable. If the product is unavailable, we will issue a complete refund.
Returns and Refunds: Banyo Hair accepts returns solely in the case of damaged or faulty products. Other types of returns are not accepted.
